1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Jivily Chrome Extension ("Jivily", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Jivily: AI Focus Guard helps users improve productivity by classifying websites and providing focus tools. Optional PRO features are available via subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable to agree to these Terms. Organizations using the Extension must have authority to bind themselves.

4. Accounts

Certain features require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Subscription & Payments

• PRO features are available through paid subscription.
• Payments are processed exclusively by Lemon Squeezy / Paddle; Jivily does not store full payment info.
• Subscriptions may auto-renew; users can cancel via their payment account.
• Anonymized analytics may be collected to improve the service; no personally identifying information is used.

5.1 Refunds Policy

All payments for Jivily PRO subscriptions are processed through our payment processor [will change](Lemon Squeezy / Paddle). Refunds are available within 14 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us at contactjivily@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed by the payment provider.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not reverse engineer, bypass limits, use the Extension unlawfully, or interfere with its operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Extension, including software, branding, and AI logic, remain with Jivily. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use it.

8. AI Classification Disclaimer

AI classifications may not be fully accurate. Jivily is a productivity tool and should not be relied upon for legal, compliance, or professional decisions.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous or error-free service. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Jivily is not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is the greater of your payments in the past 12 months or €50.

11. Data & Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. This includes handling account data, PRO subscription verification, and AI classification.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal reasons. Termination does not affect accrued payments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
